A Note From Me.....
You know, writing has always been a part of who I am. Throughout my life, I've written on and off. I've even thrown away some manuscripts, songs, etc. (a flaw of my personality) and later wished I had them back. But, the greatest thing that I have learned along my journey of writing is that God's timing truly is perfect. Even though it is difficult to understand the why we have to wait and even more difficult to wait--we can always be thankful when our time comes that we gathered the tools we needed along the way to fulfill His purpose in our life. That's the part that I often have to remind myself about--and remind myself again--okay, and again! His timing is perfect. If you would have told me a year ago that I would have this wonderful ministry in my life--I would have thought you were crazy. Yet, here we are (me and God....and you).
As you look around my website I pray that you are able to find something the Lord has for you, maybe it is a devotion, a verse, a word--maybe it's a romance tip, or the words from one of my featured friends. No matter what it is, I know there is a reason God sent you here today...have fun finding what you need and I look forward to getting to know you.

What Am I up to........?
Writing! It has been so hard for me this time -- I'm working on a book currently entitled The Mourning...please pray for God's grace and strength as I struggle to get the words from my heart to paper. Also, I am excited to tell you that I have read a great book from Elizabeth George, Beautiful in God's Eyes! Love it - while it may not be easy for all of us to "hear", I guarantee that the principles in this book are part of God's life lessons for us ladies. Give it a try! Also - I am loving Zondervan's Breakfast Club - check it out at www.zondervan.com - it's a great way to sample books before you purchase and a great way to get a little reading in each day!
